This is what I needed! My hair is so thick! And I sweat so much, I can't even keep my hair dry long enough to straighten or curl it, and then it kinks right back up. The cooling fan is a game changer. The titanium glides so smoothly over my hair, I don't know how I ever survived without it! Don't worry too much about the smell from the fan, it doesn't seem to transfer much to the hair, it only seems to be in the general vicinity of the iron while it's on. It's light enough not to cause a strain, and feels good in your hand, even with a glove on, and the price was so much better than anything comparable in titanium plates. I wanted something versatile for traveling and doing my hair and bangs. I like that it has the cooing feature as it helps set the style as you're doing it. It's durable and feels nice for the most part. The clamping tension is a bit too light in my opinion but I add more pressure myself to close it tighter. I honestly can say I LOVE LOVE the EDGE. Not so much THE more advanced FLEX version. And maybe it’s just me being a novice doing my own curls and I can’t figure out the FLEX. I wear my hair in curls often but when I want them I always make an appointment with my hairdresser. Good as he is and he’s very good, sometimes he gets them right sometimes makes them too tight. I don’t like them tight. The Edge was soooo easy to use even this first time, even doing my own curls. My hair didn’t get caught or pulled by the blades. This first curls far from perfect weren’t bad at all- I can see myself doing them now with this and better like I want them. I studied all three L’ange products before i purchased them, compared all checked boxes and bought the edge first and the flex within two days. The Edge did not disappoint. Still not sure about The Flex, I tried one curl and that was that, don’t know if I want to go through that “learning curve” and damage my hair learning. I suppose there’s some damage doing curls as I’ve learned over the years and don’t want to add to that. Might be good for more experienced users though, this is just my experience. I have below shoulders medium length hair, a lot but semi soft, semi healthy or damaged:) I liked the curls this first time once I was finished yesterday and I still have my curls this morning. The media could not be loaded. Total 🍋 LEMON!! I was excited to get the Edge Duo on a BF deal. I’ve had my eye on it for a while now. Decided to get Edge because rounded plates seemed like a good idea & I don’t need the straighter aspect so I spent a little more for Edge vs Classic. However, Right outta the box & doesn’t work! Fan never turned on (there is only a slight buzz same whether on or off). I had it turned on for 20 minutes & wasn’t very hot. My hair is fine but spring in clamp is weak (thinking this is so hair can slide through) but doesn’t clamp so won’t hold hair long enough to curl. Warning ⚠️ Amazon has a warning this item gets returned often & they were right! The blush color is pretty, nice long cord, swivel so no tangling, but getting returned! Read more

It does not clamp tightly on your hair. I have a lot of hair and it falls out easily since there isn’t anything to hold it except applying tight manual pressure. Read more

I am very happy I purchased the L'Ange Le Duo Edge 360 Airflow. It works beautifully and is gentle on my hair. My hair is long, thin to medium texture, and I have a lot of frizzies here in humid Florida, but this tool sweeps through my hair effortlessly creating amazing curls.
