Most quality is great, every part come apart on the top for easier cleaning. Hardly any noise comes from the machine, the noise when pressing buttons is louder than the humidifier itself. Easy to figure out once using and finding the right settings for yourself. Read more
So far it is working. The timer doesn’t go to 12 hours like it says, 8 is the max. So far my only issue with it. The instructions didn’t read well for the humidity control part, it said to set it at 90%, but for the cold temps we have here, google said 35-40% is best. The instructions read like you set it to 90% to get humidity 90% of the time and I don’t think that’s what it does. So I set it at 35% and so far it’s been good. Just wish the timer went to 12 hrs like it says so I could turn it on a couple hours before i go to bed and have it last till the morning. It’s very quiet and at least works. I like that you can fill it and it’ll last a few days, refilling is fairly easy too. Read more
Edit: customer service reached out very quickly and was wonderful to deal with. Amending the review accordingly. Bought in January of this year and won't function in October. Turns on but doesn't produce mist and it seems like it's shorting into the water. Kept it clean and safe all spring and summer, we have softened and filtered water. Read more
It has a large tank capacity and does humidify the room(s) however it smells like mold. There’s really no good way to disassemble and clean the top part which is where the smell seems to be coming from. If I turn the machine off for a while and then refill/turn it back on you can distinctly smell the mold in the water vapor it’s pumping into the room for the first several seconds it’s on Update: after having it for 2 months it no longer works unless the water level is above ~75%. The media could not be loaded. This HUMIDIFIER (not dehumidifier) does a great job. First off, it comes with a remote with a relatively basic user interface. It holds 2.5 gallons of water sonyou wouldn't have to refill it for a couple of days if you run on a max setting. It went through a half gallon of water in about hours for me. It runs dead quiet and produces an attractive mist out of the top that caught my youngest son's attention (ADHD) 🤣. It of course has different humpty settings and tells you the current relative humidity in the air. I will mention that the top "head" of the unit will hold some water so be cautious of that when you lift the tip off. You may want to tip it at an angle so water will pour back into the base. It's not a problem, but can cause a small watery mess if not careful. This is great if you have certain allergy or respiratory issues where a higher humidity level in the home would be ideal. Especially as the winter months come along and the air is naturally dryer. Great product. Read more
