These really surprised me! In a good way! I am an almost 48, perimenopausal woman with breakouts to rival the the freshman classes of all the local high school. Stupid hormones. With nothing to lose, I decided to give these "zit stickers" a try. The stickers are approximately 1/2"x2", making them a bit large for my needs. I don't get lots of spots in one area, but a huge one here, there, and over there, too. To avoid waste, I cut the strip in half and it easily reached two offensive, unsightly, unwelcome, irritating spots that had been hanging out me unrelentingly for the past 2 weeks. I didn't expect much, since all my usual efforts had produced no effect, but again, what did I have to lose. I applied the sticker, felt sufficiently silly and thanked the darkness for hiding my blemishes and my attempts at remedy, and went to bed. The next morning, gave a firm tug and watched my used-to-be-firm skin pull away from my skeleton like a Halloween mask. No, my skin did not come off, it's just gravity, if you must know. But behold, there beneath the sticker was skin that was no longer raised, not nearly so red, and decidedly better looking that it had been the night before. What kind of witchcraft is this?! this 40-piece pack was a great value. The patches come in large bandage-style sheets, which makes them perfect for body breakouts or bigger areas. I really like that they include tea tree oil, which has antibacterial properties, and the hydrocolloid material is nearly invisible once applied. They’re waterproof and can be cut down to smaller sizes, which adds flexibility depending on where you need them. I do find myself cutting them smaller almost every time, especially when using them on my face. Because of their size, they’re best suited for overnight use if you’re applying them to facial areas. I love uses these patches. I tend to get break outs along my jaw line. Sometimes I have several together. So I look quite silly with multiple little dots scattered along my jaw. I love have I can cut this to the size I need. I usually place them on at night when I go to bed. Then in the morning will remove the patch. Works like a charm. I’ve gotten pimple patches before that were hydrocolloid, but this is my first time trying them where they also have tea, tree, oil, and I really like the addition. These are a large size so if you have pimples all in a patch or one larger area, this is great to hit them all. What’s convenient though is if you don’t have a large area, you can actually just cut these down to whatever size you need. I think it’s super convenient to have the large size available if I need it but to be able to still use it for singles or smaller outbreaks. And while these are technically for acne, I like to also use them on places where I have skin irritation or some kind of irritation that I want to keep myself from touching over and over. It keeps you from touching the affected area and also gets that tea tree oil where you need it. These are super convenient and I also like that they come individually wrapped inside the box. This comes with 40 strips, and they stay on well. They’re also easy to take off the plastic and place where needed. I like that they’re also paraben free and also cruelty free and have not been tested on animals, so it’s a win-win. These are made in China if that matters to you. The ones I got also have the expiration date stamped on them, and mine are good through 2028, so that’s also awesome. This review is for the 40 count pack of these large pimple patches. They have tea tree oil and hydrocolloid. They come as the large strips but can be cut down to size for ease of use. I like having the larger size and cutting them down versus having a smaller size and having to use a bunch. They smell like the tea tree oil but are pleasant. These pimple patches are great for helping me avoid picking at my pimples and giving them a layer of protection if they get bumped. They’re easy to use and can be cut to size if needed. The large size lets you cover more than one pimple if they’re close together, and they work well on different areas of the body, not just the face.
