I’ve been having several pop outs due to Menopause lately, so frustrating. I have been using everything that I can get my hands on. They are effective at reducing redness / swelling, and absorbing fluid, and you get a lot more than you’d expect for the price. They have strong adhesion, so removing a patch from its backing sheet can be tricky as they may roll up or stick to themselves, but once placed, they stay on well, even overnight. The hydrocolloid in the patch helps to draw out fluid, and patch provides physical barrier protecting the pimple from outside irritation. Several times, I noticed the size and redness of my pimples were reduced overnight. These patches seem to have limited effectiveness on deep cystic pimples. For very deep or already erupted pimples, patches may not fully resolve the bump. I love having both small and large patches in one package. The multiple sizes and different shapes (round, moon, oval, rectangle) are suitable for different blemish shapes and face areas.
