Let's be clear-- don't expect an instant miracle with these. Nothing short of a steroid shot is going to fix a serious crisis blemish. But these things worked incredibly well to speed up the healing process and minimize inflammation. I'm prone to hormonal acne nodules along my jawline, which I always exacerbate by picking at. These accomplished two goals: kept me from picking at my skin, and sped up the healing process. They worked great on acne that had already come to a head, but also had a noticeable impact on my under-the-skin blemishes, the kind that never fully surface and just lurk. I liked the scent, they didn't leave too much residue after removal, and stuck well to my face. I usually wake up with my patches having shifted, but these guys stayed where I left them for a good 8-12 hours. I was struggling with a particularly nasty zit that wasn't going away on its on. I've used acne patches in the past, but I've found that they don't do a great job unless they zit has already popped and/or you pop it yourself. The one I had was definitely temping to pop, but I knew that would cause issues down the line. I like that these have the micro darts and you can definitely feel the difference when putting them on. I don't get zits too often so I cannot really speak to if they're exceptionally drying to use often. But I do have kind of sensitive skin and these didn't bother me. Would definitely suggest them! For the price it does it's job. Pro: the amount your get. It does get the new pimples. Cons: if you mess up the placement the microdart no longer works. The center circle with the micro dart was not all place correctly. The center microdart part would stick up so the surrounding patch would not be able to stay on the skin long. I had a whole pack that fell off after 1 hour and would not stick back to the skin. Overall: I would buy it again because it is okay. These are far cheaper than other brands and feel like they get in there deeper. I had a huge painful cystic pimple on my chin and wore these around the clock (went through one entire pack) over the weekend and it is almost gone. Edges are not as adhesive as other brands, but doesn’t impact effectiveness. Wish I had found these sooner. Read more
