The shoulder straps are adjustable which is a great option, it has a zippered front and back pocket (front pocket bigger) that is great for storing my AirPods, charging cables, phone, work tools. I put my toothbrush/paste/make-up in the back pocket. The larger interior pocket is lined with that silver leak-resistant material you see in most lunch bags. Needs an ice pack to keep my food cold, but most lunch bags do. It fits a lot! My food container, water bottle, snacks and still have room. I think this is going to be great for my pool/beach time for snacks and drinks. Will definitely fit a six pack of beers and ice nicely!
