This tripod is perfect for a small camera such as iPhone, or GoPro. It is lightweight and offers telescoping legs that secure in place when locked. I recommend this product for indoor use only. Limit use to portraits or YouTube videos. I would not recommend for outdoor use as legs have a tendency to bend slightly when placed on uneven surfaces. I do not recommend securing a DSLR on this tripod due to the slight bend in leg with heavier weights. Read more
Perfect package for the money. Very light weight, but is satisfactory for mobile phones. My S22 Ultra fits the spring loaded holder and pivots perfectly. Instructions for the remote do not tell you to slide (on) the little square button on the side. A blue LED will start to blink once per second and you will find the remote ID in your bluetooth scan list as AB Shutter3 (or similar). Once paired, sliding the button back turns off the remote. Turning it back on keeps the phone pairing. Open camera app on phone, push the remote button, and it takes a picture. Very cool. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I bought this tripod to use with my laser leveler, and while it technically works, it’s not the most stable option. I tried to cheap out while buying one and that was my bad. The legs start to bend once you extend them too far, and even when tightened down, the head slowly gives way under the weight of my leveler (which isn’t even that heavy). I’d adjust it exactly where I needed it, lock it, and seconds later the laser line would drift down several inches. For jobs that require precision, I can’t use it. For video quality or photography, I could see this working much better. A phone or lightweight camera doesn’t weigh nearly as much as a laser level, so the wobble is less of an issue. It has a standard 1/4” screw mount and includes a phone holder, making it convenient for filming, video calls, or casual content creation. The collapsible design also makes it very portable, and I like how compact it gets for storage. In terms of camera support, I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy DSLR setups, but it’s fine for smartphones or lighter devices. The built in bubble level is a nice feature if you’re using it for photography or video recording. The price is fair for what you’re getting. A lightweight, easy-to-store tripod that does the job for casual use. But if you’re planning to use it for more demanding tasks like laser leveling or professional video work, I’d suggest investing in something sturdier. Read more
Really love this product. Great for any phone and last minute recordings if you want to store it in your car. Slim fit and the remote is nice to have as a feature. The tripod is light which makes it easy to carry but if using in a really windy climate you might need to sink it into a sandy area or have something sturdy to keep it from falling. Easy fix. New review updated: It’s been a little over a month since I received it, and I barely use, yesterday was the third time of using it, however sadly one of the leg broke and I don’t know why. I was taking photos and seeing it falling down... the other two legs are still solid and working fine, I thought there was a screw missing or something but didn’t find any missing parts on the ground. I cannot fix it and hoping seller can provide me some solutions! I really need this item and enjoyed using it at first! - updated review Just received today, assembled easily, so far so good!
