Used this to hang cove molding that was the dropped about 4" below ceiling height for indirect light. Room is 12x28. Could easily see green light. Worked great! Easy to Read more
Great product for house projects. I used this to place my curtain rods up in my house and it was very useful in making sure they were all the same height. The feature of having multiple "echo" lines underneath the main line helps a lot to make sure the alignment is correct. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star is the bubble level isn't as accurate but as long as you know what you are doing, it should be accurate enough. The tripod that comes with it helps in positioning it correctly. I wish they could provide a taller one but for the price, it is worth it. Read more
I really like this a lot. I've been able to use it for several jobs now and super steady battery lasts and the tripod is super helpful and that it has a mount so I can use a big one of my own with it too. The light color is much easier for me to see against the red wood tones I have too. Great deal, highly recommend this item for any dad you don't know what to get something for. Give the cost of laser levels and how cheap this was, I’m surprised with how well it performs. Very clear lasers even from far away, and the self-leveling is nice. Wish the self-leveling worked at greater angle positions, but it makes sense why it doesn’t given the internal leveling system needed for it to work. I would buy this again if I ever needed to. The calibration of the product seems to be off. I would level everything using its own leveler and the straight lines are on a slant. I would fix as best as possible but it was better for me to eyeball it at times. Overall it will help give you an idea especially for the price but I wouldn't recommend after using. Read more

If you are looking for a budget laser level, then this is a great option. I had to drill a lot of holes to put up several shelves on the wall, and I struggled for a long time. Let's just say that I am not particularly handy. I finally bought this, and it made the job of measuring things so much better (more precise) and quicker. I used my camera tripod to raise it to the desired level, and I could start drilling and installing. The batteries had lots of juice left after the project, the level line was visible for the entire length of the room. It is a budget item, and you can only use it when the level itself is fairly straight. But it's well-sized and works well if you need to do things walls like I did. Read more
