I've never purchased a pillow like this and i'm glad I did. You're definitely able to streamline you your head and neck so you don't have any neck or back pain while you're sleeping. I recently got into a ebike accident and broke a few bones. My collarbone, in particular, was the worst of it, and this pillow is genuinely helping my sleep. The way i'm able to position my arm on the side of it is a game changer. It's firm, but soft and my head fits perfectly into the mold. I definitely would recommend this for anybody that wants to keep their head and neck straight, or if you just want to be able to position your arms in a way to give you that extra support. I got this to help with my mild sleep apnea. Its super comfortable when lying flat on your back but sleeping on your left side is preferable for apnea. The 2 heights are good for tailoring it to your needs. But one side makes my shoulder hurt a little & the other sometimes makes my hip hurt. Expect a break in period. Read more

This pillow has changed my life! I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints and muscles. Basically, my body always hurts, and I was having severe neck pain. I couldn't really turn my head, and I always had horrible sleep. I was told to try out this pillow, and it has been a game-changer. Not for people with short necks, especially the side with the ramped foam extension for the neck. When I used the thicker side of the pillow, that does not have the neck extension, it was too high for me, lifting my head to an uncomfortable angle. When I laid on my side, my elbow was too far out past the end of the pillow to use the arm grooves on the end of the pillow. When I did reposition my head away from the center, my arm had to be lifted uncomfortably to use the arm groove. It was easier to just slide my arm under the pillow. The overall quality of the pillow is very good and the foam had a nice balance between softness and firmness. For me, this pillow was less comfortable than a good quality standard memory foam pillow of the right thickness for my size. Read more
