Wow to be honest I didn’t think it would be as nice as it’s marketed on here. Delivered on time and well packaged. My lap top and books fit perfectly. When I held it, it felt professional, classy and very slick. The style appearance is very slick and I like it a lot. Very happy with this product. It looks good, smells good and feels good. I like the additional space on the outside pockets. Fits a cell phone or even external drives. I really liked the clips. They are sturdy and have the brass vibe. I was skeptical at first, a nice leather bag for such a low price?! When it arrived the leather was definitely dehydrated. I used a leather conditioning cream on it and it brought the bag to life. Now I apply the cream every 6 months or so and travel regularly with the bag. There's tons of storage for a laptop, tablet, books, headphones, and so much more. The bag had mildew on the outside and a very strong mildew odor withing all outer pockets and inside the bag itself. I wanted to simply return it as it was an irritant to my sinuses; however, my husband opted to clean it up himself and it is still packed in paper to remove the odor. I contacted the seller to let them know as they need to check the rest of their inventory to check for mildew issues to prevent others from having the same issue. I bought two big leather bags, this one and an even larger one, from this company. I use one for computers and other electronics and the other for books and papers, both for transport and as organizational storage. Together, they're like a portable office. They look fabulous, they hold a lot, especially compared with similar offerings from other companies, and they have lots and lots of USEFUL pockets and compartments. For the price, I don't see how you're going to do better than this. They are as well made as anybody has a right to expect at this price point. The zippers are smooth and the seams are tight. Having said that, I wouldn't put 40 pounds of books in one and then nonchalantly and frequently jerk it around by the handle alone or the shoulder strap alone. I just take a reasonable amount of care when moving them, but that's only precautionary. And this model, I notice, has some substantial reinforcement under the handle, so maybe my caution is overkill. If the load is lighter, I don't worry about it at all. And I've had these for a full year now, so I'm not going on just first impressions. Read more
