This has great closure and mid-level retention for the phone itself. The belt clip and the belt loops provide superior retention for the holder. Very professional looking case for your full size smart phone. Take away: NOT scratch resistant, magnetic closure not very strong. It is hoped that they would become stronger in future releases and provide a coating that keeps the holder looking as good as day one on year one. Love the beltclip but advise you not use it on belts for dress as the scratches will break your heart. Clips are best for every day belts or duty belts, but the loops add another layer of retention. 8 out of 10 only due to weak magnetics and case fragility. Read more
The ACCKUO case is made of leather and snaps closed with a magnet. It feels soft and silky, like real leather, and the magnet holds securely. The clip on the back is made of a cheaper metal than similar cases I’ve purchased, which is why I gave it four stars. There is also a bright red ACCKUO label attached under the metal belt clip, where it would face the belt. Next to each side of the clip are leather belt holes, with the clip positioned in the center between them, in case you prefer to strap the case to a belt instead. As a female, I simply clip it to my belt and remove the phone when needed. It is very difficult to fit an iPhone 11 Pro Max into the case if the phone has an OtterBox on it. It can be done, but you will need to stretch the leather quite a bit to make it fit. Once stretched, the phone comes out more easily, and you can push it out through the bottom cutout holes. I decided to try this case out after accidentally breaking my plastic clip in holster. I am really happy I tried it because it is n’t as hard to deal with as I thought. This holster case looks very good and seems high quality. The phone, with my old transparent case on, slips in and out of the holster easily and the magnetic flap holds well. The holster clips to my belt very easily and seems very secure as the clip is steel. The only issue is that the holster is a little harder to unclip from my belt. For me it is something I can live with because it is very secure when it is on my belt. I hope this case wears as well as it looks. Read more
Virtually perfect given the price point. I have an iPhone 16 plus with a Smartish basic case that initially fit a bit tight but after a few days of use in and out of the holster, it all feels very comfortable. The holster has a great clasp, so designed that if one uses it on a belt, whitout threading it, it will hold on to the belt very firmly, yet one can remove the holster without loosening the belt and having the pants roll down...all in all a very good product!
