I have a teenager who has been suffering from acne and I was told that red light and blue light will help clear the acne. My teenager has been using this mask every day for a week and we already seem to be noticing a decrease in new acne. I like that there are no chemicals used and it is just natural light. The mask is very easy to use and the colors are easy to cycle through. When you first turn it on, you will notice some gentle warming from the lights. The inside of the mask is hard plastic that is formed to go around the eyes, nose and mouth. It feels the best when laying down and relaxing. The only problem I have is that the mask doesn’t sit the same on every face and it sits weird on the top of my nose but not my teenagers. Read more
