Super well packaged! And very light weight. I’m not all that strong and I was able to hold this up with one hand. But don’t let that fool you on the brightness…. The size is perfect for my husband’s shop, and this was a great upgrade to an area that he spends a lot of time in. Very bright and super easy to install. There is a short delay when the light =switch is flicked on and then it runs perfectly for as long as you need it. I have a ten foot ceiling in my garage and I do not feel any heat coming off of this. I do not change the brightness - I did initially to find the brightness I like - but there are three distinct brightness levels which are easy to cycle through. Read more

Got this to replace low lighting conditions in my laundry area of the basement. It did not disappoint! It's very, very bright, and lights up the space dramatically better than a standard LED Bulb in a typical bulb socket. The only drawback is, you need to be comfortable with wiring electrical connections...which is not always the case with the average buyer. The amount of light this tiny light puts out is truly impressive, the sign is putting out 60,000LM at one meter. The lights are LED so they'll last forever too. They're tuned to 5000K white temperature, replicating regular daylight sun, so the lights are perfect for work where you need to see clearly like working on computers, building and fixing R/C cars, doing arts & crafts, ad infinitum. I've got this over a workbench in my garage where I do most of my simple work, it's so much better having all that light than the two 250W incandescent bulbs this light replaced. On the top of the sign is are heatsinks that cover the entire length of the light. Being up high in my already hot garage, those heatsinks are doing a great job of evening out all that heat across the light. It's a bright light so even though it's LED it still gets pretty hot. The chassis of the light is sturdy and, well, light. It's light enough that I was easily able to hang it up by myself but it's solid feeling. The sign comes with hanging chains and hooks. For power you connect it to A/C power ranging from 100V to 277V. It doesn't have a plug, you'll need to wire it yourself. There's also a 10V dimming support so you can hook up a cheap dimmer switch and have much better control over the light's brightness. Read more

We were so surprised at the quality of this light. It was easy to install and the lighting is super bright. If you don't need a lot of light, this is not the light for you. The light is bright and reaches all the corners and comes with hardware and instructions that are easy to follow. I got this to go in my garage which has 12' ceilings. The light was just right hanging about a foot below the beams. It was easy to wire up and install, taking about 20 minutes total. I had been using a round UFO light, which gave great light also, but being so condensed, the fixture was almost painful to look at. This shop light style light is easier on my eyes but puts out almost the same exact amount of light. I also prefer the chain hanging from each end of the fixture over the central eyebolt the UFO has. 100% recommend this light. Read more

1/16/25 I bumped it up a star because this puts out a lot of light covering a very wide area of my garage. I am very happy with it's performance. I just might be buying a second one for the other side of the garage and it will be brighter than day light in there for working on my projects. First of the instructions are junk. They basically only show you how to attach it to the ceiling and that is all so if you plan on hooking it up yourself you need to have some electrical knowledge to do it. Next it only comes as a pig tail so it’s set up to connect it to an existing light circuit. However you can add a plug end to it but that is an extra item that you will need to purchase separately. Other than those things the light looks to be high quality and compact. Measuring roughly 10”x15” it wont take up a lot of ceiling area but will case a good amount of light from wall to wall in a standard 2 car garage. It comes with all the hardware you will need to hang it but as I said if you are wanting to have a plug end you need to pick one of those up as well when buying it. Read more
