The Eye is watching
It was magnanimous. Glorious and towering over all the other Lego sculpture my wife has built. Also came with a mini-Golum. I mean, that alone was cool. Yea, its pricey but look how dope it is! Read more
Enjoyed every minute.
I am a huge sucker for Lego LOTR sets. I own all the more recent ones and my dream set was always Rivendell. It took me just over a week or so to build and parts of it were tedious which took away from the joy of building. Then I got this. It was less pieces, but purely based on my building statistics it should have taken me close to a week. I finished it in two days because I couldn’t stop myself. None of it was tedious and every moment was filled with a mix of pure joy and nostalgia. Obviously these sets feel expensive, but they gain value over time post retirement and are packed with unique pieces and minifigs. Read more
