Instructions were easy to follow to assemble. This holds a lot 9f clothes and is really sturdy. I originally set it up with the shelves in the middle of the 2 hangers, but then found that I could customize it to my needs. I added the side that has two hanging racks and shelves into my closet. I used a rubber mallet to get the shelves secured and making sure not to put too much weight on them without using the poles for the end (would like to see if I can buy extra poles just so it can be more secure. I used the other hanging rack in another room for additional storage. I had an existing shoe rack that I customized to put under my clothes on that one. Read more

Very sturdy, lots of space. Very versatile Read more
I got this as a display piece for a store booth setup. I wanted something wide enough that would hold up as much as I crammed onto it, without toppling over or falling apart. This does the job, I can easily put so much stuff on it and customers can check out the display from both sides without worry. It looks professional and creates a great display. One critique is that the space needed to allow the top shelves to properly fit needs to be addressed in the instructions. It was a real pain repeating pulling off the shelf holders in order to adjust them up or down to make room for the top shelves especially with the height. I’m tall enough to reach from the ground, but it is definitely a chore! I had made an additional set of adjustments once I realized I could hang purses from the top if it is lowered just a tad more, and it is still plenty tall enough for long dresses, pants, etc. My major issue with the product is the amount of waste material that seems really unnecessary. Each shelf had 4 shelf supports with multiple zip ties and wrapped to the shelf as well as these little pegs that were attached all of which was trash. It just seems that much less packaging could be used and still provide a secure product. Read more
I think this rack is well made and sturdy. It was also a decent price ( all of these racks are kind of expensive) and everything went together well. All of the parts were there and it aligned perfectly. Easy to put together. Read more
I have 3 full shelving units - all from different vendor names, BUT all are the same product. Costs do not vary much, but FREE shipping / Prime is #1 for me. Easy to assemble. Fairly sturdy - and they serve the purpose for the closets. I deconstructed ALL the closets in my '65 Ranch house. These units were the most efficient of my time, $$, and use of organized space. I ONLY wish we could purchase extra poles - to make use of the shelf units not used. ** Example: I did not use the small middle shelves, BUT, I could use them elsewhere. SO, it is less expensive to purchase another UNIT (to use the poles) than the cost of poles on Amazon. Read more
I didn't care for the standard shelving installed in my closet when I moved in because it offered very little space and was not installed properly, falling out of the wall. I opted for free standing shelving with multiple places to hang clothes, and I chose this product since the measurements fit perfectly in my closet when installed as a corner option. The directions weren't the clearest, and I had to remove shelves and brackets frequently to achieve the desired configuration. It didn't bother me in the end because this product is so versatile with how to arrange the shelves that they can't account for every little change. I've had the shelves for about 2 months now, and they are great! They hold all of my clothes, there's no bowing or slipping anywhere, and I can always move and reconfigure them for another closet if I choose to move. I'm very happy with this product. Read more
These garment racks match perfectly with a similar rack I own. Poles are a bit skinnier, but does the job of holding its weight per specs. Racks are in my walk-in-closet and the top rack is very useful. As you can see in the pic, I just threw all of my pillows on top. Middle racks are great to store misc items but wish it had 5 shelves instead of 4 for a height to slide in a tray of cosmetic jewelry. If not using all of the shelves, space will fit a standard size luggage for storing. The only CON: The double rack area is not high enough to avoid the 1st layer of clothes from touching the 2nd layer, which then the 2nd layer touches the bottom of the rack. Pic attached. All in all, I'm a very happy camper for the price I paid and its use! Read more
