This rack holds more than I though it would. We have 2 rows of men's large shirts, short sleeve on top row and long sleeves on the bottom row.It came with all the part and went together well. So far so good. Holds a lot like a regular Closet Maid clothes rack. Perfect width and height. Hope they will create longer width options for people who might need longer racks. The lower shelf height is adjustable. The circular clips to hold poles in place is a bit tricky to keep on while assembling the other sides, but once all in place, has held. Hopefully will not pop open and fall off, causing the others to come out. Poles and shelves are strong and durable. Also storing few large lightweight bags on top of shelf fine. Bottom swivels can be locked and unlocked, so the rack can be moved to another room if desired. Installation was fairly simple, no additional tools required. Read more

Overall, this clothes rack fulfills its purpose pretty well. It has a few flaws, however. Assembly is pretty straight forward if you've assembled this type of shelf unit before. The instruction sheet is not particularly clear and is missing a couple of needed tips. The shelf unit comes with a small wrench used to tighten the casters which screw into the bottom of the four uprights. The wrench is stamped out of sheet steel that is so soft that it deforms into uselessness after a couple of casters have been installed. You may need to use an arc-joint or water pump pliers to tighten the casters sufficiently. The two tubular rods that hold the clothes hangers not quite the right length. If the two hanging brackets the support the rods are hooked on the outside of the upper and middle shelves, the rod is too short. It the brackets are hooked on the inside ends of the shelves, the rod is too long. So one bracket has to be hooked over the outside of the end of a shelf and the other over the inside of the shelf. A design or manufacturing error. The completed shelf unit may not fit through a standard doorway. It's about 81" tall and the door to our master bath is 80" tall. So no go. The distance between the two hanging rods and the next shelf down is a little short for some garments. My wife is 5' 8" and some of her shirts dragged on the shelf below. I drilled new mounting holes in the support brackets to raise the rods about 2". This helped. Overall, after some struggle, the shelf unit does the job. It rolls easily on hard floors but not so well on deep pile carpet. The rubber casters don't seem to mark the floor. It's not prone to tipping. It holds a lot of clothes in a reasonably compact space. So if these quirks are tolerable, this is a pretty good clothes rack. Read more

This clothes rack is quite tall but it holds a good deal of clothes and has a nice appearance! It was fairly easy to put together and everything was packed perfectly! You need to be sure to read all the directions and be sure they shipped all the parts before you begin! I am pleased with it and like the fact that it is sturdy! This was better than I expected! I needed some extra closet space so decided to make the closet under the stairs a small walkin for me. This is tall, shelves, wheels that roll and lock, has bag hooks and was easy to put together. Really more than I was looking for. Spend the extra money and go heavy duty here!! This garment rack is AWESOME! Very easy to put together...and super sturdy. I literally cannot put one more thing on this rack. I love that you can design it anyway you want. I was originally going to have 2 racks for shirts...but the shirts were too long for this. I changed to one rack all for pants. This worked great for me since I have a ton of pants. This left me with 2 shelves on the bottom and the shelf on top. Gave me a lot more storage space. Would definitely recommend. If I could fit another rack in my bedroom I'd buy another..but I don't have any more room. 5 Stars!!! Read more
