This is an update to a previous 5 star review: I was planning on taking a European trip in a couple of months and I needed a travel dryer that was small but powerful. This one had so many features that I decided to get it. I used it at home (in the USA) and it did a great job of drying my thick, shoulder length hair. It was just as fast as my bigger and higher wattage Revlon. When I got to my overseas destination and tried to use it, It gave me an error message. Everything else I took that needed power worked perfectly with either of the two power adapters that I took with me, including an expensive one specifically designed to work with hair dryers. My flat iron, all my devises, my HP laptop, everytihng worked with zero problems except for this hairdryer. Back at home, it's working just fine again. My point is: DON'T CALL IT A TRAVEL DRYER IF THE ELECTRONICS ARE SO COMPLICATED AS TO NOT WORK OVERSEAS WITH PROPER VOLTAGE ADAPTERS! At the very least, include information as to what adapter you will need or sell an adapter specifically designed to work with this dryer in other countries. Incredibly disappointing! Read more
