The product arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. I've used it for two days after meals and it's perfect. It can replace dental floss, although I think it's better to use both: first floss, then the water flosser, followed by a good brushing, and my mouth is super clean. It's lightweight, easy to use, the battery lasts a very long time, it's quiet, its water capacity is sufficient for cleaning all the spaces between my teeth, and the pressure is strong enough to clean very well. It charges with the same charger as my cell phone. It comes with 5 jet tips. I had an infection between my wisdom tooth and the front molar, with bad breath, and I was really tired of it and wanted a complete solution to guarantee I'd never have that bad breath again. I was taking antibiotics and it would improve for a few weeks, and then the bad breath would reappear, no matter how good my oral hygiene was. The plan was antibiotics, wisdom tooth extraction, and then flossing every day after meals and especially before bed. With all that done, it seemed like enough, but I wanted to ensure better hygiene, so I added using a water flosser. Very nice functionality works as advertised does not leak and works properly in removing food debris. Cheap and easy to use. Would recommend came fast and seems durable enough came with enough heads to use for a long time. Overall, it is nice. I ran into an issue where the bottom would not come off! I unhinged the two locks, and the bottom still did not open. I was expecting a one way hinge. Ok, I undid the two, but it just would not budge. I did not want to break it, so I did a search on youtube and was able to see what force was needed to open it up. Once I viewed the technique.........I was good to go! It worked fine. For me, the lowest setting was still a tad strong, but, it is what I will use. At the price of $15, I am amazed at what is included with this unit. Definitely worth a try at that price. I would have liked a softer power option and an easier tank opening, thus the 4 stars. Update July 2025: In comparison to the Water Pic.............at $100..............the Waterpic pressure, and noise level, and overall use is just way better. But, not 5x better.
