Like the other Let’s Sing karaoke games; this is a lot of fun . (Unfortunately, it’s always hard to activate the code for the free pass though. (It should also be noted that you can download an app and use your phone as a microphone. It makes for a fun evening with friends. Read more

The pros and cons of Nintendo karaoke

I’d previously played a similar game of Disney songs, so but this had some surprising features that I’ve really enjoyed, such as an additional song library that’s accessible (though admittedly a bit frustrating that they’re behind a pay wall). The library of available songs that included for free isn’t terribly impressive in size but it comes with a 1 month free trial of the expanded library. Unfortunately, there was an error in download and my code didn’t work, so I ended up paying for a single month anyway (about $5/month or $25ish/year). I got the physical copy so I’d have the mics, but you can also use your phone as the audio input, so I thought that was cool, too. It’s also a little confusing to get each mic to pick up you versus your opponent when setting up. Overall, not a bad game, though. I even got my 17 year old son to play and he’s loved it, too!
