Absolutely love this unit! First, it’s basically silent, zero decibels, “whisper quiet” doesn’t even describe it, because no one would hear that whisper. Second, No White Dust! None, you may have regular dust, but this unit doesn’t contribute to it, at all. Third, its functionality is through the roof. The app makes it incredibly easy to program, (even has a plant care feature!), so you can adjust it to suit your needs perfectly. Last, it’s super easy to clean, just dump rinse and refill. I use distilled water, and that may have something to do with the unit’s cleanliness, and I didn’t clean it every 3 days, like they want you to. I cleaned it after about 10 days, and as far as I could see, it really didn’t need it. Buy with confidence, this unit is a gem! Read more

Ever since I got this unit my apt feels so much better! At 10RH standard winter air was drying me out, I had a humidifier before but it was set on a timer which just would let the steam out.. it didnt have a sensor so it would just dump it all out within less then 8 hours on low....my apt felt damp due to this. This one solved that issue with its built in accurate sensor. Love that it lasts a couple days too so I dont have to fill it every 8hrs! Worth purchasing this humidifier, good price and quality! Also dark mode is perfect for sleeping and its super quiet too! Read more

Excellent Humidifier. Only had it a few days but so far it is working great - exactly as advertized. I especially like that it has the humidity meter on it and that I can control it on my Android tablet using the mobile app from the Google pkay store. Only thing I DON'T LIKE that I have to buy gallons of Distilled water every week. If they would design a humidifier that used tap water, I would pay Double for it provide it never clogged up because of the hard water ;-)) Read more

We live in S.E. Arizona so humidity is typically very low except during monsoon season. Local power company suggested adding humidity to help keep the air in the room warmer as well as running ceiling fans counter clockwise. Both supposedly help keep the power bill down. I got it specifically for our living room. The unit is nice and runs very quietly and I think it's a quality piece of gear. It does use a lot of water and you need to run distilled water thru it not just tap water (ours is brutally hard anyway). So unless you invest in a home water distiller you'll be buying lots of bottles of distilled water. It adds up quickly at a buck + / gallon bottle. The unit holds just under 2 gallons. The instructions indicate you place it on a hard flat surface so Ok, but what about height? Does putting it on a table or shelf make it more effective than setting it on the floor? Inquiring minds want to know. Like most gadgets these days this thing requires an 'app'. The controls on the unit are not adequate to set things like humidity level or schedule so you have to get the app. You have to be able to pair it up with your home network which again requires the app. I don't care for the app at all, it's overdesigned with lots of cute pictures - 'scenes' - the majority of which are irrelevant, but getting to the functional settings is a pain, it would be much better if they streamlined the app with a direct tap to set humidity levels, schedule etc. without all the other unnecessary stuff that gets in the way. I'm a cantankerous old fart who values ease and simplicity not a lot of useless stuff to manipulate. At the end of the day I couldn't get the schedule feature to work so I just turn it on and off manually. Bottom line it works and is a quality piece of gear that consumes a lot of water quickly even on 'low'. It may be better in smaller rooms as it rarely seems to hit the humidity level I set. So FYI. I have really enjoyed my humidifier since I bought it. This is the first time I've really invested any money in a good humidifier, and I was pleased with how it ran. It looks nice, has a large enough tank for me, and keeps my plants happy. I have been thinking of buying 1-2 more to spread throughout my apartment. However, I went to clean and descale my humidifier yesterday. I had to really take it apart to get all the scale off, since we have really hard water. Vinegar, a washcloth, paper towels, and q-tips did work fairly well to get it clean, but it was a long process. And by the end of it, the transducer plate was broken! I've now opened up the humidifier and removed the pieces of the transducer plate and the attached wires, and I'm really surprised by how fragile it is-- it doesn't surprise me that it broke as I was putting the humidifier back together. The humidifier now doesn't work, water leaks down into the base anyways, and a search for a new transducer hasn't turned anything up-- it would be nice if there were replacement parts I could order, as it isn't a complicated repair. I'm now trying to put the plate back together with some E6000, but I doubt this will work. I'll be getting in touch with the company to see if I can get a replacement part, and will update my review accordingly. Read more

This humidifier WILL leak water. We purchased 2 of these and one of them leaks randomly The other one works perfectly fine. We clean our humidifiers every week. After cleaning it seems that the piece that stops the water from flowing out of the tank gets stuck. It took a few times for us to realize it wasn’t our error. I thought maybe the tank wasnt fully on or the filter wasnt fully seated but now I definitely know it is an error with the humidifier mechanism that stops the water flow properly. IT has leaked all over our hardwood floors and caused damage. I would not recommend this product due to the risk of damage to the floors/surfaces Read more
