I'm a moderate techie, as I regularly keep up with the lastest and greatest available out there when it comes to A/V, PC, Gaming, etc. As such, I had tempered my expectations for this 65" LG set, and for $700 I was prepared to accept being a little disappointed. Boy was I wrong. I wish I would have pulled the trigger on buying this TV back at the beginning of the pandemic. I've only had it for 5 days now, but I've watched a fair amount of sports, movies and TV programs using the Fire Recast with an HD antenna through the 4K Firestick with HDR set to "Always On", and let me tell you, this TV is a total steal. The wide array of picture settings allow you to fine tune your visual experience for any purpose/room configuration/lighting, and so on. PS4 play is literally a new experience for me, I didn't know how much I was missing without HDR. Blue ray DVDs through the PS4 look more like this is a $7000 TV instead of $700. Granted, this replaced a 5 year old 55" LG LED, but the difference in picture quality is still astounding to me. I just pray it doesn't have any defective issues down the road. I LOVE it. Also, it's light enough that I hung it on my articulating wall mount approx 6' high, completely by myself. Read more

We love our tv. I have nothing to complain about. You don’t need a firestick with this tv. It has Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more. However, we are not able to get Adult Swim on here. The tv comes with a few channels as well. The picture quality is amazing. I can’t say much about the audio quality since I have a hearing loss but it sounds good to me, I don’t know how it sounds to others though. I would definitely buy this tv again. I love it. It looks like if you use the stand that comes with it, you have to screw it into the bottom on the tv. But that shouldn’t be a problem. For shipping, we had to agree on a day and a time range since they would not deliver it without someone being home. Which I respect and like because this is a big tv and isn’t super cheap. Read more

Bought as a Christmas gift. Easy to set up, picture is nice. Replaced a 42 inch with this 50 inch. Only regrets is I didn’t buy a little bigger one. The picture screen is bigger because the screen goes to the edge. But looks the same size as the 42 I replaced because the 42 has a black boarder. Great price. Read more

Screen broken when received. Legs are useless. Had it installed for $150.00 and the last thing was to hook up tv. Turned on and screen was bad. So I’m out $150.00. Lesson learned. Best Buy here I come. Update, I received refund so I changed stars. Read more

There’s plenty of apps, not much coverage for sports. Airplay didn’t work at all. Main reason I returned it. Smart home page and apps load a bit slow. It’s a fine tv but I was looking for a tv to cast for sports. Read more

I bought this TV to replace my old TV. It's awesome. I like smart TV functions especially. It's got Neflix, Youtube and Amazon apps built-in. So I don't use my laptop to watch those anymore. All in one TV. I love it. Read more

Purchased in Sept 2020. The tv has already gone out. I've had it looked at by seveyrial technician's. I have a warranty, but the hassel of replacing the tv by having ordered online will be a nightmare. Read more
