My main reason for buying this LG purifier was my parents' well-being. With all the health concerns since 2020, I wanted to do something that would make their home environment feel safer and more comfortable. This purifier has delivered on that hope in ways I can actually see and feel. While I can't make claims about viruses, I can point to the drastic reduction in allergy symptoms they've both experienced. Hearing my mom tell me she isn't sneezing all morning, or my dad mentioning the air feels "fresher," has made this purchase worth every penny. The LG PuriCare 360 Air purifier is an amazing product!! The quality, functionality, and product performance is top of the line. I am able to connect the purifier to the LG ThinQ app and control it that way or manually. There is absolutely no noise from this machine...so quiet. We live in a very windy area and there is alot of dust in our home. Once we started using the air purifier the amount of dust on the furniture is next to nothing. The sleep mode makes the lights on the unit turn off while still operating. LG is a really good company that makes great products. So impressed with this product!! I definitely recommend!! Read more

Works great. Smart is the best way to use. Noise level is good, only during turbo mode at high speed fan you may be bothered by fan spinning. But during sleep mode or even at low speed you need to put your head near it to notice it's still running. ThinQ app is very helpful, with air quality monitoring it helps me to realize that I need to Decal my air humidifier. Well worth the investment. Read more

No BS Buyer—November 16, 2020
Hi I don't usually leave review, but I thought I had information that might be helpful to consider for future buyers. I purchase this thru amazon website and received the product within 5 days of ordering. This product is heavy and very large. Be sure to review the sizes before purchasing. I only looked at the footage coverage so that was a mistake on my part.. Anyway, this unit never turned on. There was no real troubleshooting guide for this type of error other than trying diff outlets, which I tried with no avail. Not sure what their defective rates are but I have never had a unit never turn on in my 10 years of purchase on Amazon, Best buy, Dell, Samsung, Apple, etc. So it is something surprising to me. Also, when I called the LG customer service, the automated system prompted me to say the product type, such as "air purifier" . The voice system doesn't even register " air purifier" or "air filter" NADA. So I had to say air conditioner. Even when I was connected to the rep, the rep didnt' know what it was so he took more than 5 minutes researching their own catalogue and came back to me saying it is a dehumidifier, which it is not. Then he connected me to another department, and then automated voice system prompted me to enter account ID, which I do not have since I purchased thru Amazon. There was no option for me to go back to any other department, and the system didn't respond to 0 (for general customer service connection in other companies) So I have to hang up and restart the process. This time I was able to connect to a real human being but they said I need to process return thru amazon as a best option so basically now I have to go thru the hassle of returning the heavy ass product to UPS store in person. I am certainly not going through this again and I'll be buying a smaller unit for a less price at this point. The customer service was sub-par for what I expect out of company this size. I'm Korean myself and I am surprised that LG system doesn't even recognize Air Purifier as a product category. G doesn't seem to have really got the customer services right in English. From my experience in Korea, LG has good customer service and A/S service but they could improve their service level in the U.S. Read more

Excellent odor removal. The number and color change depending on the amount of dust. It automatically changes direction and creates clean air. I think it is by far the best. Read more

I have it for two months. It is really efficient to lower the pollution levels. It also can be used as a polution checking device as it gives rates of PM10 PM2.5 and PM1. At first, we can doubt if the given pollution rates are true or fake. No doubt since i cooked some Bacon, and from the green clean air jumped so high to red color ! Few minutes later, thanks to the LG PuriCare, all was fine again. I use it few minutes everyday when i get back home, or after smokey cooking. For now i use it in the main Living room/ Dinner room . The different options can give a smooth slow quiet purification, to a strong powerful boosted one, very efficient in few minutes. Read more
