Not for everyone!

This vibration plate is not for everyone. I ordered it because it had so many positive reviews and the size fit comfortably under my bed. On the lowest setting, following the directions completely and accurately, for 10 seconds, had to get off the plate and was dizzy for at least an hour, and feeling queasy for the rest of the day. Advertised for lymphatic drainage, I have another vibration plate and it does not make me feel anything like this did. Instructions say to contact your doctor if you become dizzy or nauseous while using. My husband also tried it to see if it was "just me" but he, too, had the same experience. Power cord is too short!

I’m not sure how it rate this, as it was just delivered, but I can say that the power cord is much too short. The instructions say to have 7 feet minimum clearance, but the power cord is only about 5 feet long making that impossible. Also, because the cord plugs into the machine at the top, it’s difficult to orient it so that the cord isn’t wrapped around one side of the machine shortening the distance from the wall even more. I could face the wall to maximize the clearance distance, but the wall is never going to 7 feet away. It does seem to be well built. Read more
