I got this at the suggestion of a work mate for neuropathy in the feet. 15 minutes in the morning really wakeup you legs and blood flow and 15 minutes before bed really helps with cramps and twitching in your legs and feet. Temporary relief for neuropathy but not sure if it's doing anything long-term. The short term relief is worth it! Read more

This is the best exercise equipment I have ever owned. Very easy to use. It makes everything inside circulate and then you are ready to work out or after a work out to loosen up. It is very sturdy and it has a lot of different speeds. I just received my vibration plate and I'm very excited to start using it. As a 70-year-old with lots of back and posture issues, I'm feeling optimistic that this will help. There was a little assembly with the handlebars, but nothing I couldn't handle. I got on it for the first time and my goodness, even at the the #1 setting, it was a pretty wild ride. I think the handlebars are really important for people like me who don't have great balance and are unsteady. I will update my review after I've had a chance to use it for awhile. Read more
