I had never owned a vibration plate before, I bought this to help with chronic vein insufficiency and it just feels so good on my legs. I started using it for one minute each day to get used to it, and now I'm able to use it longer. I wanted a plate that was portable and this one only weighs about 12 pounds, perfect for me since I can't lift things that are too heavy. I use it a couple of times a day and I love it! I just bought the VibraPulse and already can say that I really like it. It is lightweight and easy to carry and move from one room to another room. When I first stepped on it, the vibration was so strong that I thought to myself that there was no way I was on the first level. I stepped off and then decided to lightly put one leg on the machine and then alternate after a minute to get used to it. I suffer from lymphatic swelling and after using this machine the night before for about 15 minutes, my lower legs felt so much better the next morning. I highly recommend the VibraPulse and love that it also includes a remote so I don’t have to bend down to change modes. I plan on purchasing another one for my 72 year old mother but will have her sit on a chair and then put her legs on top to start. Read more

So far I love it! I am 47 and have experienced some weird perimenopause symptoms. After some research, it seems vibration plates would help. My whole house loves it! I’ve been using a little over 2 weeks now and I do believe with everyday use, it is helping! I had been experiencing tingling in my arms, legs and face, they have almost disappeared… I also have been experiencing tightness across my neck/shoulders along with what I think may be frozen shoulder and it has helped SO much with that!
