I would size up. It does rally flatter your figure. The stitching and tweed make it look expensive, but wow this is a steal.. No itch. This is rally unique, the buttons are gorgeous, and make it look more expensive. It is an elevated look. Its soft and oh so comfortable. It looks even better than the picture. It's a must have. Love this vest! I wasn't sure it would look as good in person, but it exceeded my expectations. The material is thick and surprisingly stretchy. The tweed also is not itchy at all! I'm a 38C and ordered a large for room to layer and I definitely could have gone with a medium and still had room.
