I received the package today. It was a heavy box to bring home but the heater inside is amazing! Really amazing! It looks sturdy, expensive and beautiful. It looks like a serious piece of furniture and heats the place instantly. I don't remember being so excited about the purchase. It definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Very attractive heater and works really well. It can be a little noisy but not overbearing. My cats actually love it and literally fight over which gets to sit in front of it so I would say the heat output is good. I like that it's a tower and cabinet in one and would definitely recommend it. Read more

The heater has made a terrible noise when starting since we plugged it in. Contacted Amazon and was told a replacement wasn't available. They said I could return it for a full refund, but that would mean we wouldn't have a heater at all for a few days. It's cold here and we can't be without a heater. Contacted the actual manufacturer and the warranty is only good for parts to fix the heater. Don't buy it if you're needing it to work properly because when it doesn't, no one will care. Read more
