ITS A CARRY ON which is designed NOT to be checked. That’s why the constitution is lightweight. So it’s easier to lift up and into the overhead. After receiving this bag I know it will likely get damaged if checked. You want a small bag that you will check? Then DON’T buy a lightweight weight carry on, otherwise this seems to be a good choice… so far. 4 stars because I’m not sure about the handle. Read more
