Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love this mirror! The size is perfect — not too bulky, yet large enough to be practical. I got the brushed nickel finish, which looks sleek and matches beautifully with my bathroom décor. It’s double-sided, with great clarity on both sides, and the extension arm is very smooth and flexible — I can easily adjust it up or down depending on how I’m using it. It’s also lightweight, which makes it ideal for traveling. My husband also uses it and loves it for shaving. Truly, I like everything about it. What makes this purchase even better is the amazing customer service. Long after I had received the mirror — and after the return window had passed — the seller reached out to ask how I was enjoying the product. I explained that I had accidentally broken it just a couple of days after using it (I lost control of the stem while adjusting it, and it fell), and I didn’t think I could request a replacement since it was my fault. To my surprise, the customer service team didn’t hesitate — they offered to send me a brand-new mirror free of charge. I was so impressed by their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would have given it three and a half stars, but half wasn't an option. It's a nice mirror and nice looking, it's a bit heavy but that's okay. The reason I deducted a star and a half is because the mirror becomes unscrewed from the stand easily, and the battery dies pretty quickly on the lights. I feel like I have to charge it often and I don't use the lights that often for them to die so quickly. Overall a decent purchase for the money. Read more

My old one broke and a women without a mirror is not good. I ordered this and extremely happy with this one. It has 3 light views, does not take up much space and the charge last along time. Great price, size and lightens. Read more

The only problem I got is that it arrived scratched all over and it’s not noticeable form a distance but it is up close when you try to look at yourself.
