Really love this product, it’s one of those things that are so simple but make life a little easier . Easy to build and adjust , only complaint is that the part it attaches to headrest doesn’t fit very well because my headrest poles are slightly angled. The item was very easy to install and worked just as pictured! It easily fit my son’s iPad 11.5 inch. We did have issues with the knobs that screw on and attach to the seat, they broke off about 6 days after installation, when I hit a bump in the road due to maybe the weight of the iPad I assume but I felt like it should be prepared for that being what the product is. I did however immediately reach out to customer support through the product website like directed and they were wonderful! They responded very fast and they sent a replacement item in about 3 days after discussing everything and probably would have been faster if it wasn’t a holiday weekend but the replacement is here and working great and they gave another warranty on the replacement! I recently purchased the iPad car mount for the back seat headrest and I have mixed feelings about it. While it has some great features, it also has some major drawbacks that make it difficult to fully recommend. On the positive side, this car mount is very sturdy and convenient. It also makes me question the durability of the holder as it seems to be designed for thinner cases only. I also found that the holder is not compatible with all types of headrests.
