I have been using this collagen for over a year now and I love that’s it’s my collagen but also all of my minerals! I add it to my coffee in the morning and I’m done thinking about what other supplements I need to take. The vanilla flavor is very sweet. I enjoy it in my coffee but if you don’t want sweet, get the unflavored. I think the quality is top notch. It mixes really well into my coffee with no clumps. It does settle on the bottom some but I just pour more coffee in at the end to get it all down. This is a really easy product if you’re needing to add collagen into your health routine. This is my favorite collagen. The flavor is great. I wish that they did more than just one strain of collagen. I know there are a couple out there that have the two and three strains. This one just has one. It’s still good. my joints feel good. I drink it in my coffee every morning and I don’t need to use creamer because it’s sweet enough, I do feel like that helps with my nail growth and my hair growth . I’m fairly active and I did have knee issues from teaching group exercise for years and after I’ve been taking this for a while the joint pain in my knees is seemingly gone! It mixes well It can get gloppy at the bottom of your cup, So I swish it with some extra coffee. I really love the flavor. I think it’s the right amount of sweetness. I can’t speak to the help with skin because I’ve always had really nice skin so I don’t notice a difference.
