This is an excellent product but the pills were stuck together. I contacted Livingood about this and they said to put the product in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I put it in the fridge and shook the bottle and they came apart. Read more

I have taken these for a good while. was hoping it would help with my neck pain, however it has not made much difference there. i am sure it is a quality product though it is bit expensive as are most supplements. just have to figure out what you want to focus your money on. Omega 3 and Tumeric have good benefits so at this point i continue to take them. Read more
Omegas are one thing I know I don't get enough of. Eating fish every day isn't me. Being able to give my body the Omegas it needs daily by swallowing 2 capsules a day with food, is a no brainer for me. Great benefits,too. Read more
