Super comfortable to use! I use it at work, and it helps a lot with my wrist tendinitis, and I love the extra buttons on the side. I set them up to switch between virtual desktops since I do that frequently. The movement is really smooth. I adjusted the mouse pointer speed to be a bit slower since the ball moves so smoothly. Very functional, and the battery life is solid, I haven't had to replace the battery yet in ~8 months. I've removed the ball once to clean the lint that got trapped after a few months when the ball started moving slower, and that brought it right back to brand new. Mildly disappointed that it can only remember one bluetooth connection, but it helps that it has a dongle, so if I want to use it with my laptop instead of my desktop, I can just use the dongle. I wouldn’t say it reduces hand strain or makes me more faster, but it brings this intentionality into the way I work and just makes me happy! I love the novelty of the rolling ball, and how premium it looks and feels. I love it, there’s a learning curve and it’s mostly like better suited for gaming/design. Office work may be annoying on it, and it’s going to be hard to use for the first few weeks. Literally no one in my office can use it, and I couldn’t either. I just played games on it until my brain “clicked”. And even now, I’m still faster on a traditional mouse. But I just love the novelty, and I think you will too. :-) Read more

A product that has been refurbished, tested for quality, and works exactly as it should. Upon receiving the product I unboxed, and inspected for physical blemishes, or visible defects and found none. Hooked product to a computer system that sees high usage and have not had one problem with the product. The product is comfortable to use, easy to set up, and has had flawless operation. I bought the first M575 on October 12, 2021 and it lasted until August 7 2023. It has been dropped a few times. The track ball would pop out and maybe the battery would come out, but I'd put it all together after a good cleaning and it would work like a champ. Nothing ever broke or chipped. And then the cursor suddenly disappeared. After trying everything to get it to work, I bought the second M575 that was renewed. It came with a new battery and USB Receiver. I plugged in the USB and turned on the M575 and it was working. Very easy and fast. Even though it only lasted 2 years I recommend this mouse. All the dropping could have had a negative effect.
