The media could not be loaded. Guys this is one of the best wheels with the gearing and belts! I’d much rather have this one than the one below it’s just more sleek and it feels amazing! Before I had a thrust master t128 and it was good for what it was but you can just feel how incredibly different they are! It uses belts and gear but you honestly can’t really feel it. For the refurbished price, this wheel set is very good. I play GT7 and ACC on PS5, and iRacing on PC and this wheel set has been a game changer. Lap times are much improved, over using a controller, and the increased sense of immersion makes racing games much more fun. I was able to save nearly $100 by buying refurbished. Unfortunately, the packaging was horrible. The wheel and pedals were bagged and then put in the box for shipment. The issue was that there was no padding between the wheel and pedals and one of the pedals left a 3” scratch on the top of the wheel base. This was easily preventable and marred what would have been a perfect wheel base. Minus one star for bad packaging and scratching up my wheel. The wheel looks and feels realistic with leather wrap around an aluminum frame and the whole setup feels well built. Pedals are metal in a plastic base and feel well built. I race in real life so my comparisons are based on what the wheel and pedals feel like compared to a real racecar. The wheel's force feedback is adequate for communicating what is happening to the car, but not strong enough to simulate a manual steering rack (feels like a car with aggressive power steering). Trueforce adds a subtle but noticeable feeling of immersion by adding in some of the more ambient vibrations you would feel through the wheel while driving a real car. The gas pedal feels pretty good and has a strong enough spring to stay in contact with the bottom of my foot when I lift off and subtle changes in throttle are impactful. The brake pedal, which has a new progressive spring, has a decent feel to it and is good enough to give a good sense of brake modulation until it bottoms out (have to push pretty hard to bottom out). The clutch pedal (which I use with the Logitech G shifter) is just OK. There is no “knee” to let you know when, in the pedal travel, the clutch engages so it’s kind of an on/off switch. The clutch spring is not strong enough and doesn’t really simulate the somewhat stiff clutch your average manual racecar has. That being said, it’s still fun to shift with the clutch and could help with muscle memory if you’re training for real racing. Overall, for the price, this is a pretty awesome setup. With the money I saved over a direct drive wheel set, load cell pedals and expensive shifter, I’ve been able build a full on 80/20 sim rig with a 50” 4K 120Hz screen and a Buttkicker. I may upgrade to a DD wheel someday, but this wheel set is solid and good enough for me to train for real racing, in the off season, and to have a blast any time. Read more

I haven't used a wheel & pedals in more years than I can remember, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. I will say that this is sold as refurbished, but I would have never known it wasn't brand new. It doesn't look like it was ever even opened, it looks & works 100% like new, and it arrived in 1/2 the estimated delivery time. I only used it for a few hours, but I plan on putting in some time and really testing in out over the next week. I just purchased this renewed G923, and as I was setting it up, I realized the wheel had a Logitech G29 manufacturer's label/serial on it. The older Logitech G29 and the newer Logitech G923 both look exactly the same. If you buy this renewed G923, make sure to check the label on the actual wheel that you actually received a G923. I suspect I was a victim of someone buying a renewed G923, swapping it with their old G29, and returning, because there's no way anyone can tell the difference between the two units unless they unboxed it, and looked underneath the wheel for the manufacturer's label/serial. I immediately returned this supposed "renewed" G923, and promptly spent the extra money to purchase a new G923. Read more

I had to send this back as they sent me an X-box version rather than the PS4/5 version that I need. Either version work on PC. I have PC racing sims, so I was able to check it out. It's a great budget wheel. Pedals feel good. Pedals are prehaps the most important piece of the sim racing puzzle. Almost any wheel will work, but pedal feel will make driving realistic or feel like you accidentally made it around that corner... If you don't want to spend $1000 or more on a Pro version, this one is really good! Read more
