Bought a pair for the office 6 years ago, and one for the home office 5 years ago. The little ear pads had to be replaced, but other than that, 100% reliable. Good sound on the headphones, and my home office is literally 25ft from the train tracks, and my co-workers never hear the train. I've asked repeatedly. This plus a 10ft audio extension cord lets me wander around the office, and I never have technical headaches. Meanwhile hardly a week goes by when I don't have one of my coworkers have problems with the Windows bluetooth connection. My only complaint is that if you have to wear them for more than an hour or two, they become fatiguing. If you're going to use them all day, a more comfortable design would be worth the investment. First time tried on an HP pavilion Windows 10 works great!. Perfect old school TRRS plug. I think the TRRS routed sounds are better than the USB ones. I'm an adult. Using for practice with band and practice recording. Headset adjusts up and down both sides. No adjustment across head (ear to ear). Comfortable enough for a while as the ear pads are thin foam. Not overly padded, but easy to replace or add more foam. I like foam because I like to hear what's sneaking up on me, or if someone yells FIRE! Sounds fine. Not fantastic or loud without volume setting turned up, but fine for my use. If they get lost or damaged these won't break the bank. Microphone picks up very well. Nice sound with plenty of sensitivity for practice. You could gig with it, if a headset is your thing. You may need adaptors for band equipment use. The microphone boom is a little short for me, but it does hold a bend for shaping so you can get it close enough to pick-up well. Surprisingly clear mic. If using on Windows make sure you have microphone ON in the 'Privacy' settings, and then in the 'Sound' settings make sure you have both the output and input choices set to use the TRRS plug rather than USB (or something else). Some old machines will bleed across these circuits but sounds and picks up terribly. If not sure, try the different choices the drop downs offer you until it works better. If you are having problems hearing output or the microphone, most likely it is these two settings that need to be adjusted. Hope this helps. Read more

worked well, but the pressure of the pads hurt both my ears (made tender) after about 20 minutes of constant use. Read more

Its a very simple and basic headset, which was exactly what I was looking for. Plug in and go. Easy to use connectivity, clear sound and best of all light weight so very comfortable. I have bought this style in the past and its a great value for the quality.. the Microphone quality and volume control are good and easy. Read more

Works well for 'Teams' meetings as a remote worker - nice clear sound quality. The low price and the wired design were my reasons for selecting this - so I don't have to worry about yet another thing that needs a battery. The only issue is that this headset seems to be made for someone with a smaller head (Asian female, maybe?) I found that I needed to store it with a foam block between the earpieces, to stretch the width so it didn't pinch my head. Having done that, I now find that the earpieces are 'splayed out' on my head. Ideally this headset would have included some feature to adjust for width. Read more

Black color; nothing special; it's ok comfort, not a fancy one. Just don't wear it for a long time. Don't use it for a long time like those in call center. It hurts when you wear it for extended hours. Design is normal. You can adjust the microphone angle to get closer or further to your mouth. Sound is good with this price range. Quality is OK. It last for a long time. I had two of this in the pass. This is my 3rd one, and I am keep buying this. Read more

Good headset for the price—especially if you're just starting out or need something basic for calls, teaching, or light gaming. The sound is decent, the mic works well enough, and the 3.5 mm jack makes it compatible with just about everything. That being said—they’re flimsy. The build quality feels budget-tier, and the headset doesn’t inspire confidence for long-term use. If you’re rough on gear or need something durable, this probably isn’t it. Read more
