I bought this to replace the same item from before COVID. It dries out and becomes difficult to use. This new one works well and doesn't require several attempts to leave a little color. I really like this eyeliner pencil for my bottom eyelash line. I bought it in the slate, and it’s a good color choice not too dark. It goes on smoothly and makes a fine line , I don’t like a thick line. The only thing I don’t love about it is that the white foam piece to smudge is too stiff and hard.
