BEWARE of this product! It arrived with the boxes undamaged but when removing it from the box something metal is sliding around inside. Turning it on it squeaks LOUD,NOT the sound of vibration squeaking, screeching and then the sound of vibration. Don't waste your money. I have screens shots of the return policy on this item its " eligible for replacement or refund" so far no luck. Trying to get anyone to "MAKE THIS RIGHT" Has been a nightmare. Computer automatically rejects claim. Customer service offered me 20% discount to keep something I feel could burn my home down ie: Loose metal bits inside electronics. This offer came after beig disconnected multiple times. Waiting for a special team to decide the fate of my $650+ tax.......update.....Healthy and Active who I purchased this from would not agree to a refund. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been searching for a machine like this and this one checked all my boxes. I hesitated because of its 1-star review, but I’m soooooo glad I still bought it. The box was in perfect condition, and everything was carefully wrapped and secured. I tested it out at first to make sure it was functioning properly and the thrusting movement was pretty silent to me. The sound of vibration was pretty standard and it did get louder the more I increased the level but honestly, what do you expect🤷🏽♀️? There was no squeaking or moving parts inside the machine at all that I heard. One thing that I do suggest is unscrewing the adapter to add the attachments and then screwing them back on together. Once I started using it, I fell in looooooove! This machine is so worth the money and it’s such a nice addition to my ever-growing collection of toys. The penetration is so spot on and the vibration…omg🥵, amazing! It never fails to help me reach the big O and it has become a constant in my nightly self-care routine😉. I bought this for my wife. The machine was well packed and easy to set up. She tried it at first with no attachments and she loved it. Got that first O very quickly. Tried it again later with an attachment and added many more O's. She loves it. I may have messed up and replaced myself. The machine works great so far. Read more
