Edit: I contacted customer service on my own but a different customer service employee reached out as well due to my review. They were extremely helpful and offered a full refund, which I received. I'm glad the company made it right and I would still recommend their products! The customer service and support was pain free and honestly really nice to deal with, they were very understanding and super helpful! Worked exactly two times. The first time it was great. The second time it died after 10 minutes although it was fully charged. The app said it was fully charged prior to the third use but it immediately died and now will not charge. Wanted to love this product but it is too loud for descrete use :-( My wife used it two times and the "come hither" action died. I contacted lovesense and they wanted me to return it to Amazon (through Kohls or Wholefoods....) I refused to return it to whole foods or kohl's, being that it is a used sex toy and had no box EEEWWWWW, I was sure no one at either store wanted to see or touch a USED SEX TOY!!! 2 days later support got back saying it was refunded and no return needed (this has been almost 2 weeks of back and forth with support by this point).... So I loved it when I first got it. Used it a few times and really enjoyed it. Then like other reviews stated, the flexer function broke. It still vibed but there was no movement. Contacted Lovenese and they replaced it! Awesome! Except that one broke after three uses. Same problem. No flex. So. I want to recommend it because it’s awesome. But the ease it breaks is way too high for something at this price point. I will contact them again and see if anything can be done but honestly I don’t have high hopes. Read more

This is a game changer for long distance play. I have almost everything from the Lovense line and I always like what I get. However, this one takes the cake. If they had added a sucking side to the clit vibrator, I don't think I'd need him ever again. 🤣 The Flexer is well made and sturdy even with all of the moving parts. It's firm enough to sit comfortably where it should even when it's moving. I don't have any cons yet about the product itself.
