I bought one of these because I really liked the 2 but I hated the charge port on it, I love the app, I love the functionality, I love the customer service. Two months after getting it I think, the motor just stops running. It connects to the app, it flashes to show that it's running, it's just lost connectivity because the wire in the tail between the control buttons and the motor was way too rigid and broke from simple insertion and removal. I contact customer service, they're great, super simple, they send me a new one. I've been using this one for a week, being extremely careful to not have a repeat, and literally all it took was one night of using totally toy safe lubricant that it made my hand slip up just high enough that pulling from there seems to have broken the wire on this one! And I'm not talking pulling from the very tip of the tail, like if your hand slips too close to the U curve it breaks. This was not a problem I ever had to worry about with the Lush 2, I have no idea who thought this was a good design decision. Even if they wanted to make the silicone more rigid through the tail, don't tie that rigidity to the control wire! But the product warranty only covers replacements and I don't want another replacement that's going to end up in the garbage in a matter of months or even days, so I don't really want to send in another customer service request. It's just a massive letdown and a huge waste of money. I really hope they don't try to carry this sort of poor design forward to their other products. Update: In response to this review I got sent a second replacement, and despite going to the effort to figure out how to remove it by pushing it out rather than pulling anything, the tail is already starting to bend and the motor has disconnected on me once, though with some gentle bending I was able to get it to reconnect for now. I don't even know how it's twisting at this point other than just like not being suitable for the human body or something? Because I'm pretty average shaped as far as I'm aware. I was a bit skeptical going in because I personally never cared much for toys that offered internal vibrations but got this as a gift and gave it a shot. Aside from being super cute and soft, I love that it's discreet in both shape/ size and loudness (or lack, thereof), so you could technically easily wear it under your clothing if you wanted to.... I think the size of the main part is just PERFECT, and the little stem that has the on/ off button also vibrates which is... ideal. The vibration strengths are good as well-- the range is perfect for me personally, and even the strongest one was barely audible. The fact that you can control it via your phone is also wild to me-- I know that's not a new concept necessarily but I've never had a toy like that before so this was new to me! It was very cool to check out the pre-made patterns available as well as that you can create and save your own. And syncing it to music?! I gave that feature a try and it was pretty solid. Having the ability to manually change the vibration on the toy itself is also great. The long-distance control feature also seems neat and fun, I love the idea of that and that it opens the door for intimacy even when you're not physically with your partner. It also is shaped and sized in a way that allows for additional penetration with it already inserted, though I am sure that will differ from person to person on whether or not that is possible and/ or desired. Super cool overall, seriously, this toy is AWESOME. I really love it and I've only had it for two days but I'm already a big fan. And while it is a bit pricey, it's so worth it. BUYER BEWARE! Never worked. Defective product. Would not replace or refund even after returning to Amazon. And I'm a prime member. Very disappointed with Amazon. UPDATE.... Amazon didn't do anything about the problem. The Lovense company did. They replaced it and it works great. Love it at the movie theater on sound sense. Very quite.
