I like these shoes more than I thought I would. They don’t seem overly well made, but the textured faux leather looks nice and doesn’t feel too stiff. I especially like the very slim fit of the whole boot. My usual size 7 just barely fits with regular cotton socks; I’m reordering in a 7.5 to see if I like that any better. I ordered these in apricot, and they're a decent quality of faux leather with a bit of pebbling/texture to the faux leather. The opening is wide enough to comfortably slip these on and off, without being too wide to interfere with pant hems or how your pants fall over them. I love Chelsea boots for how versatile they are, and these boots in apricot are great for the upcoming warmer months where I'll still have to wear boots due to my job. I have paired them with jeans, wide leg pants, and a sundress, just to see how they look, and these work well with a lot of different styling options. I typically wear a 6.5, but size up in boots so I can put in a padded insole and still wear a thicker sock if needed, and so I ordered the 7. They run true to size for me, and my foot is narrow with an average toe width. I might suggest going up a half size if you plan on wearing thicker socks, or have a wide foot. The heel is just enough to make the boots look a bit dressier, but high and certainly not so high as to cause any issues with standing or walking comfortably all day. I've given these a good week of wear to really test them out before reviewing them, and so far, they are holding up quite well, and they're easy to clean with a damp microfiber cloth. These will probably become on of my more used pair of boots, and they're great for travel thanks to being able to just pull them on and off so easily. Read more

UPDATE ALMOST A YEAR LATER! IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD ! I have worn these for almost a year..I have recently put them back on again (cold weather arrived) and besides wearing them to work all day, I also do 2 hours of line dancing at a time in them and they are JUST PERFECT!!!! They still don't even look like they've been worn and I wore them all last winter ! I'm definitely buying another pair. 2024 review: These boots are awesome! I wore them to work all day and no aches.
