These strips were easy to apply and provided good coverage for my teeth. I didnt notice any negative reactions to my teeth and gums after using these. After three applications I noticed my teeth did show some improved brightness. I think once I finish the box the results will show a lot more. I have been using Lumineux's toothpaste for several months now and really love it. It whitens well, so when I started the strips my teeth were already pretty white. After using the whitening strips for 7 days the biggest difference I notices was along my gum line and areas between my teeth seemed brighter. Granted the overall difference is subtle because as I mentioned I started out pretty white already. These do not cause any sensitivity whatsoever! I also really appreciate that they are made from safe, natural and nontoxic ingredients. The experience of using these strips does take some getting used to. When you remove them after 30 minutes there is a very thick layer of gel left on your teeth that will not come off by just swishing with water. You actually have to brush your teeth to get it off. That kinda freaked me out the first time I tried them, but once you figure them out and expect that it's totally fine 🙂 These are pricey, but I feel they are worth it. You get 35 treatments in the box. Using one a day for the first seven days and then once a week for maintenance, I figure these should last me like 7 months! It just seems expensive up front but is actually a really good deal for how long the box will last. Definitely a better way to whiten your teeth. I've been using Lumineux teeth whitening strips off and on for a couple years and I really love them! This pack of 35 treatments works so well! I have taken these to girls trips where we have all used them and they are well loved. A few tips, first, if you don't have mostly straight teeth, these are not as easy to use (just like any other teeth whitening strip). However, they are more flexible than Crest white strips, so they can be used without feeling like you're getting mouth papercuts. The trick is to seal them onto your teeth by closing your mouth and smoothing them down on your teeth with your tongue/lips. They don't taste good, but they also don't taste disgusting. I can see visible improvement immediately and if I use them multiple times a week it lasts longer! I have fairly sensitive teeth, and these don't bother me at all! Read more

These remind me of white strips, though the amount of gel material seems more. As with white strips, I recommend to patients that they use these in conjunction with another mouth guard or retainer to hold them in place. I commonly tell patients to go buy a $5 sports mouthguard to pop in after they've placed the strips to holds them in place. These have the same issue and want to slide off. My teeth did not feel sensitive after using them. Sometimes some gels make my teeth sensitive but these did not. I like their gentler chemicals and seem like they will have good results. it takes a good few weeks to notice any difference and you have to take and compare photos to track the whitening because it is so slow the naked eye cannot see it, but when comparing the photos, you will. Lumineux Teeth Whitening Strips So having a whitening treatment at the dentist is pretty expensive so these are definitely worth a try. I am only on my 3rd day and maybe only because I want to, I think I can notice a slight difference. For just over $2 a treatment I will for sure keep using these with the hopes it can help with whitening my teeth. I am a coffee drinker, so I need something.
