I was a little apprehensive about ordering these shorts. I'm 6'7, so finding shorts that don't end up looking like Daisy Dukes is a real problem. I'm so glad that I found these shorts. For one, they go below my knee. If I didn't love them for anything else, I love them for that fact. When I sit cross-leg, they barely come to the top of my knee. Color me ecstatic! I was a little hesitant to order size 33 as I 'normally' wear a 32, however, the 33's were the absolute best fit. Not too tight, not too loose. I also appreciate the elastic waist and that there is a draw string as well. Lots of different colors to choose from, so I ordered two pair - one dark grey and the other black. They're very lightweight and do make a little swoosh sound when you move, but not so bad that it's annoying. Very comfortable for all day wear. Easy to maintain (wash gentle cycle, hang to dry - DO NOT DRY IN DRYER!). I don't know what would happen if you DID throw them in the dryer but generally it's a good rule of thumb to follow the manufacturer's instructions on care to make them last. I've only had mine for about a week and have worn and washed them a few times. I will update in a few months as to how long they last. I've worn these on two hiking trips now, one in the Sierras and one in Utah, and they've been excellent. The product description is accurate: they're breathable and have enough flex that they are comfortable to walk in all day. They're just as cool to wear as shorts but give you much more sun protection. The sizing seems accurate. You never know what you'll get with Amazon's off-brand products, but these are the real deal. They're very light fabric and I was unsure how durable they'd be, but I've been hard on them and they're holding up fine. They're ideal for backpacking: they have no belt loops and no fly, so they're extremely light and they roll up small in your pack. My pair weighs 202g. My $90 Prana backpacking shorts weigh 278g, and they're not as versatile or as comfortable to wear all day. Read more

Comfortable shorts and perfect for gym days or other outdoor activities! after I got my first pair, I went ahead and ordered another pair right the way. The material is thin and breathable with 2 side pockets and 1 back pocket with zippers (I love zipper pockets). I love how big the side pockets are that I can put my hand in without getting stuck. It's hard to find pants or shorts that actually have real big oversized pockets. The length is perfect for what I was looking for. The only complaint was that there was a fake pocket on the lower side on one leg. They had a spot for it but didn't bother to put a real pocket on but I still gave a 5 star review.
