The product itself is great. It looks great and operates great! It didn’t end up working out for my use case with a Mac computer but works really great on Rasp Pi or Windows PC, however customer service was responsive and great with trying to resolve my issue. We were not able to resolve the issue however they did refund me for the purchase. It’s rare to find a company nowadays that responds timely and doesn’t immediately try to blame it as usher error so this was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely buy from them again if they release a product that would support my needs. Read more

Good product have this mounted on hallway running android 15 on rpi 4b, can’t get audio working but picture & touch response is on point. Additionally, the screen lacks any smart features, ideally a power switch would allow me to automate turning on/off via a smart outlet but the use of the power button on the product makes that obsolete I would love a bigger display for pi maybe 32” or even 43” and will upgrade from this in the future. Edit: Sound worked plug and play, was a software related issue on the rpi not the screen. As far as quality, color, audio. Audio still is the weak link not very good sounding audio. Color is decent and picture qaulity isnt bad, perfect for a data display like my use case. it isnt a tv to watch movies lol. So far, I’m impressed for the price. I got this for a test setup in a fire engine for displaying dispatch information and doing reports. While it doesn’t have single cable hookup like USB-C like many other devices like this, it does use common cables and they are included with the monitor. 12 VDC power requirements will make for easy wiring to the truck, and VESA mounting holes on the back will make mounting much easier. For the two hours I’ve been playing with it, colors, responsiveness, and usability are impressive. Its thin size and lightweight design will allow me to choose an adjustable yet non-bulky mounting system to mount to the dash. A mount is included in the package, but that is more designed for wall mounting in a home, not where I’ll be placing it. My only concern at the moment will be how it holds up to vibration over time and how reliable it will be once installed. Hopefully some vibration dampeners between the mount and the monitor will ease some of that. At this point in time, I’m contemplating ordering a few more for my own home automation setup. The screen itself is about the size of a legal pad in size and thickness, with the housing on the rear where the cables connect to being about the size of a pack of large note cards. The included picture of the Windows Update screen gas the shipping protective cover still stuck to the screen so that I don’t screw it up when I go to install it. The actual colors and pictures aren’t that dull or hazy, it’s the protective shipping cover that is slightly opaque. Read more
