I own a Hummer EV and its very difficult to find a mounting point thats convenient but this accessory gets around that. It mounted well to a narrow surface needing very little time to adhere. Very sturdy build, minimal mounting footprint, strong adhesive and good alternative mounting options, flexible and the magnet is the perfect strength. It swivels, tilts and adjusts to whatever position is needed and folds back up when I don't. Glad i made the right choice. Read more

Generally if these mounts last longer than a year I'm impressed. This one has lasted, looks the cleanest out of the ones I've used, and has the smallest footprint. Positive: Solid construction. Sticks to a flat surface well. Strong magnet. Can hold an iPhone SE 2020 Negative: Have a larger/Pro size phone and it may have trouble with the weight. Flexible but range is short. May not have a range long enough for Large Phones to fit the space. Over all it hasn't degraded, and is a solid option that looks high end and minimal. The only negative would be that the hinge/arm may not be able to hold it's position with heavier phones, while the magnet will not have any trouble at all. Read more

This thing is sturdy and heavy for its size. My only issue is that it is very stiff, difficult to "deploy" and rotate. I tried to loosen the screws, but they were not budging. I added some lithium grease, which helped a bit. I presume it will loosen up over time. We'll see. EDIT: After letting this sit for a day with the lithium grease, I was easily able to back out the screws a bit to loosen it enough to make it easy to "deploy". 5 stars. Read more

This is a really sturdy stable phone mount. Holds phones well at most angles. Only challenge is if it’s at an angle that it overheats in the summer it may lose its adhesive grip. Also a challenge if you mount the base on a vertical surface. The mount tends to rotate under gravity with the weight of a phone. UPDATE: one more deficiency is the inability to tighten the hinges. If they listen up at all, they phone weight can cause the mount to collapse. This needs the ability to tighten the hinges if they loosen up over time. Read more

My son in law got one for my wife and set it up. After using so many other holders, I decided I should try this one. Glad I did! Works great! Keeps my phone visible and helps with phone navigation as we do travel a lot. It’s compact and is out of the way when rarely not used. It is adjustable as well, which helped to position my phone in the optimal position. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this magnetic phone holder for over a year and it’s still very securely attached to my dash that is constantly in full sun. The magnet pad has a great pull to the magnet plate you would use on your phone. It has never dropped my phone and can rotate to just about any position you need while holding tightly to that position. I had my doubts about something like this being in the sun while maintaining its adhesiveness and this is truly the perfect holder. LOVE IT and highly recommend it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t realize they changed the design from the 2 rotating ball joints to the swivel base & hinge knuckle. I’ve purchased the old version for each car I’ve owned since 2018 & just hit “reorder” w reliable success. This time I hit reorder & now it’s a new design that may work better for other customers but not me. I miss the 360 degree ability of both ball joints/knuckles. And the new hinge design isn’t as stiff to hold my phone exactly where I want it & it keeps sliding down. I do like the idea of the 360 swivel base, but it’s almost useless if the magnet part doesn’t angle sideways. If there’s any of the old ones left in stock I’d like to buy a few of those cuz I won’t be buying this newer version again. Read more

It's a very sturdy (and good-looking) solution if you don't mind sticking up your dashboard - so mock it up and choose your adhesion point very carefully before sticking it on. The various degrees of freedom are excellent for getting the phone positioned where you want it. The arms stay where they are put. Stays attached to dash very well and holds magnetically to the phone reasonably well. I used a phone case with a ferromagnetic kickstand built in - not the metal case shim inserts. Read more
