The good: It's very convenient to have a tripod in your pocket and it folds up to be very compact. When in tripod mode it feels rock solid and stable. Folding the two legs inward makes it into handle which is also very useful and makes for steadier handheld filming. The small hex bolts at the joints come tight and secure out of the box but they are adjustable should they ever become loose. It's well machined and anodized black. It seems like it could last forever. The bad: Nothing. It's a solid piece of kit. The missed but easily remedied: The disc has the magnets on one side but nothing on the other so nothing sticks to the back side. I pasted one of those metal ring adapters on the back so I can keep track of my pop socket or external drive or whatever more easily by sticking it to the back of the tripod while my phone is attached. I tried different phone tripods, and this is my favorite. It folds up tiny and flat, is solid, and holds a phone at flexible angles. Read more

They really did a great job with this one. I was impressed by the craftsmanship, the sturdiness and the small attention to detail like rubber at the bottom of the leg. This thing looks like it’s gonna be really tough. Can’t wait to use it more. I’m already thinking about buying another one so I can leave one in my gym bag and keep the other one in the car. The media could not be loaded. I got this to hold my phone when I'm taking videos and doing reviews. Isn't that ironic. Anyway, the magnet on it is pretty strong and it holds even my Google pixel pro, which is a pretty heavy phone with a case on it. However, I am a little disappointed that it's only magnetic on one side. Meaning, if you have the magnetic side attached to your phone, you cannot stick the holder to another magnetic object, so I'm not sure in the video how they are putting it on the walls and the doors and all those things. But I definitely don't see it working like that as a tripod, it works pretty well. It has a very good range of angles so I think on a countertop it would be adequate and easy to use. Wasn't super expensive so I would say it's priced okay. I will also point out that it does at least seem pretty sturdy so hopefully it won't break too quickly Read more

Don't normally do reviews but this is a GREAT little tripod. THis gadget is much sturdier than it looks and the magnetic hold is Strong. If you have a foldable device like the Samsung Fold it is small enough that the if you have a sturdy magsafe case on it, it will not interfere with the magnetic holding ability. AND with the adjustable legs if you have the phone open you can adjust the legs and it will be just as sturdy as if it were folded Read more
