I’m still trying this razor out. First impression is a pretty good shave but the flat cutting surface requires that you go over areas several times to get all the stubble. I feel a slightly curved foil allows you to get around the nose and jaw better. Still a good electric cut, but not as good as a blade. Like the magnetic head, snaps right into place. Build quality is solid. Find it odd that razor does not have a travel case or a foil guard for travel. Runtime on a charge has been better than a week. Read more

Got this to replace the Braun shaver I've had since I was old enough to shave. From all the Youtube sponsored segments and advertisements I believed this would be strong enough to at least get the job done, as I have really tough facial hair. It couldn't cut without pulling hairs and skin, and it didn't do as good a job as the older (and cheaper) Braun. I even gave it the best chance possible, trimming the hair on the left side of my face as short as possible before shaving, and it still didn't do as well. Just to give it the benefit of the doubt, I used it on my hands and feet where my hair is much softer. Although it performed better there, it still left more behind than my old shaver that was half the price and still cordless. For someone whom this was a significant investment for, I was just disappointed. Maybe the other Manscaped products are better, but I can only tell you that the experience I had with what I received was not worth the price I paid. My apologies to the designers, but I can't rate a product above a 1 if it can't do the work I bought it for. Read more

Has a travel lock to prevent it from turning on in luggage but no cover for the shaver head to protect it. Must replace head with an included one to use trimmer function. Came with a cord for recharging but no power supply for the cord. Shaves clean. I didn't think I had tender skin until after using this razor. Awkward shaving between nose and upper lip because of the size of the shaver head. Been using electric razors for 60 years. It is lightweight and comfortable in my hand. Read more
