UPDATE 7/14/24: I reviewed the description and checked my fridge instrction book. The book says use an LT120F filter. The product description says it comes with LT120F filters. The ones supplied did not fit. I have since tossed them out or I would see what their packaging says. Water filters have become an item that I think about more these days. With water quality being tested more often and the reports being made public, I change mine out regularly. needless to say, the rising cost of the filter is a constant thing. Ordering from Amazon, I usually try to find the same make and type if I have been happy with them in the past. I usually write the date that I changed them on the canister to compare how long it has been in use. (I guess I don't trust the refrigerator's reminder because I am never told how many gallons have passed through, just a matter of time) My refrigerator's replacement process is fairly simple (once you clean everything out of the way) so I don't mind the event. You can easily pay much more for filters locally but I am not convinced that they are better when I read the specifications and compare them. Save money on Amazon and change them more often.
