Really good, usually I have a lot of trouble getting these d as ng things to fit, and I've had this frig for 2 years. It's a pain to get them on! This one went on like perfect, and the water flows a little better than the others. It could just be lower filtration but I think it works pretty good so far. I'll know more after a month or so to see if it still flows good so I'll update this review then. As for now it fit, went on easy, water flows well, and the price was better than a lot of others. They say you get what you pay for, but I don't want to spend any more than necessary. I believe it's activated charcoal inside, someone let me know if it's something else. I'll gonna give 5 starts cause of all this, but will be more than happy to edit if it doesn't hold up!! So far so good! Read more

This is a direct replacement for the water filter in many GE refrigerators. The activated charcoal in the filter is effective in removing the weird off-odors and flavors from a municipal water system.
