I love this Matcha tea mixed with Moringa and green tea. The quality is excellent. The powder is so fine. I bought my own Matcha tea set which I enjoy using preparing this tea every morning. It tastes so good and smooth. It gives me energy without feeling jittery or crashing later in the day. What I appreciate the most is all the health benefits that it gives with its antioxidant properties that help boost my immune system along with promoting mental clarity, energy, and fat burning. Delicious, not bitter and adds flavor to your drinks, yogurt and smoothies. I recommend a green smoothies with Kiwis, Hemp powder and banana. Gives go power for non coffee drinkers, without the jitters. This may be effective in lowering cholesterol. Read more
The amount of clean energy this gives me is wonderful. I also feel less hungry and that it may be aiding in some weight loss. It is not as delicious as plain matcha/green tea powder, but I mis 3/4-1 scoop of this with 3/4-1 scoop of my straight match powder and it is magical. I worked as a barista for years so I know caffeine. I love coffee, I love mushroom coffees/teas, I love all teas, I love matcha. This has a distinct earthiness that the mushroom coffees have and it’s very similar to those in the energy department, in that it is a very clean energy. Don’t over do it though, because it is potent. I like the other ingredients it has as well ask green tea, matcha and moringa powder. It has vitamins and minerals from natural sources and resveratrol. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been hearing that moringa is the latest super food, so I thought I’d get on the bandwagon. From what I’ve read, it has many nutrients and antioxidants to support a plethora of things in your system. I already eat a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, but I thought maybe I can kick it up a notch with this. Especially because I suffer from an autoimmune condition. Any support is support I didn’t have before. That can’t be a bad thing in this medical climate. I have been mixing this into my morning smoothie. It’s a fine powder that smells like how I can only describe as spicy grass. It’s very earthy and bitter. Depending on what part of the plant is ground up and where it is grown, it can have a different taste. Only 1 tspn is needed for benefits, so I was able to mask the taste with a citrus based smoothie. It has been a few weeks since Ive been trying out this moringa every day in my smoothie. I have no major changes to report thus far. I think supplements like this are a more accumulative thing over a long period of time. I will report back if I witness any major physical changes, but I feel good knowing that it is supporting my body in different ways. Probably many unseen. The consistent energy that I feel as I start my normal duties is, in my opinion, the most enjoyable aspect of this experience. Before I started using this medication, I discovered that I often struggled with exhaustion throughout the middle of the day, which made it difficult for me to maintain my concentration when I had crucial work deadlines. I am now able to tackle my to-do list without having to depend on additional cups of coffee, despite the fact that it is not a significant change. I feel more awake and capable of completing my tasks. The sensation is more like a natural boost that continues for a significant chunk of the day, as opposed to a rapid shock that causes me to feel nervous. Sometimes, just being aware that I am taking preventative measures for my health is enough to motivate me to maintain healthy behaviors with regard to my general health. As an example, I have been more regular about taking little breaks every couple of hours to stretch or walk about, which helps to boost both my energy and my mood even more. It's almost as if this product brought to my attention the fact that even the smallest of everyday acts might gradually add up to have a significant influence on how I feel by the end of the week.
