This is probably my tenth pair of MJ Banyans in ten years. They look great, are light but strong, and block out the sun in my peripheral without having to put up with a solid frame. But I do abuse sunglasses. I use them for all sorts of outside activities. They take sweat and a lot of heavy abuse in stride…though I probably have stepped on/crushed at least three pairs. Once in a while I’d have a weakened arm or some other concern and MJ has always made good on them (even if I’m the one who likely induced the failure). Read more

These are the most comfortable sunglasses I have ever worn, lightweight they donot make marks on the bridge of your nose. This is my 3rd pair, broke the arm on the first pair tried to superglue (if I hadn't done that,the company would have replaced them), 2nd pair I left at a restaurant, went back they were gone, tried other sunglasses, had to have another pair of these, also they stay pushed back on your head like a headband. I have returned 9 pairs before settling for this. You can understand how particular I am. - The clarity and simplicity of this lens is not comparable to any other. - There is absolutely no backside reflections. Great coating. - Polarization is great too. Please remember no sunglasses will take away 100% glare, as it would be against Sun :) These come close though. - The frame is so simple and meticulously designed. It snaps to the head behind the ears and stays in place even during trail running. No discomfort even when wearing a running cap. The surface is well molded to be very easy on ears too. - The nose pads and temples have tacky rubber which holds every well. Read more

I knew what I was getting, these replaced an identical pair that was about 10-13 years old with hard every day use, it was time. I can tell you these are legit Maui Jims - so if you're wondering as I was, rest assured, they're real. Things I don't like: the new design of the sunglass box and they come with a cleaning cloth now instead of the bag. This is a Maui Jim thing, not Amazon. I miss the bag, but still have one or 2 from other pairs. Best sunglasses you'll ever buy, boating/fishing and driving, they cut glare and reduce eye fatigue. Read more

Nice sunglasses. Unfortunately, I used them only one day in Las Vegas before losing them. Fit nice, although a tad larger than I like for my face. Great design, but would not purchase again because they are larger than I'd like. Read more

Great pair of sunglasses. I spent the last 2 months researching and trying on TONS of sunglasses. I kept coming back to the Mauis. I had a hard time finding a pair of Mauis that fit me well as most are very narrow for males. When I tried these on at my local Bass Pro Shop, I knew I needed them. Amazon had the best price by far.
